Our carefully screened employees are highly skilled professionals who deeply care about the jobs they do and the people they treat. Nurse Advantage can customize services to meet your needs. We recognize that health care professionals have areas of specialty based on training and years of experience. All health care personnel are tested according to experience, background, and training prior to placement for assignments. Our qualified staff consists of Physician's Assistant, Nurse Practioners, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Technicians, Medical Assistants, Certified Nursing Assistants, Mental Health Technicians, EMTs, Medical Office Personnel, Laboratory Personnel, Dental Hygenists
SUPPLEMENTAL STAFFING: Our nurses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Staffing can be done on a daily, weekly or monthly basis for 4, 8, 10 or 12 hour assignments. CONTRACT STAFFING: Our nurses can be staffed for a specific length of time, set number of hours per week and specialty needed. The nurse you select for the contract will return every week for a set number of weeks providing consistency to your patients. Contract staffing eliminates the hassles of day to day staffing. LOCAL TRAVELERS: Our Local Travelers are assigned to your facility for a specified time period and weekly hours as outlined in the Local Traveler Agreement. Our nurse is placed on your payroll at an agreed upon pay rate and you are able to schedule our nurse as one of your own. A weekly fee will be billed for the nurse as we maintain worker's compensation, professional, general and bonding insurance and the nurse remains our employee. Local Travelers offers you an affordable alternative to supplemental staffing while providing consistency in staff. Our Local Travelers Program is perfect for facilities operating under a strict budget or for temporary positions. PERMANENT PLACEMENT: Should you find that one of our nurses has what it takes to be a part of your team, we can arrange for a placement. A nominal finder's fee allows you to hire one of our nurses permanently. We can also take the burden and expense of recruitment off of you. We can recruit and screen applicants for you to interview. A placement fee is charged once you have selected a nurse for hire. Our permanent placements come with a 30 day guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the placement after 30 days, we will find another placement at no additional charge. Nurse Advantage works with each facility on
a one to one basis to meet your specific personnel needs. Let us know
